II. Clan Rules

Practice Tagalog/English Policy
Laging magtagalog o mag-Inggles
Refrain from speaking in vernacular when communicating through the clan chat and clan forum.

Pasaway Members will be Dealt with Harshly
Marahas ang parusa ang naghihintay sa mga pasaway
Pasaway being those who are menyaks, quarrelsome, those who are stubborn and wouldn’t follow instructions and those who keep on leaving the clan without any valid reason.

Be Good to your Clan Mates
Maging mabait sa inyong mga clan mates
In PW, our clan is our family. Treat each member as your brother/sister. If possible, help others. If you know the answer, reply to their query. Treat everyone equally no matter what his or her levels is.

Don’t Feel Useless
Wag mag-isip na ika’y inutil
In this clan, everybody has a role to play. No matter what your level is, you can do something for the clan. Even just by digging herbs or donating your extra yuan is a big help.
In TW, there is no weaker class. Each has a job to do. Yu Mangs, Fa Shis and Yao Jings are effective nukers, Wu Xias and Yu Lings are supporters and attackers while Yao Shus play as supporters, attackers and tankers.

Avoid Sulking
Wag magtampo agad
If you’re asking for a favor from someone in the clan, don’t feel bad if he/she can’t comply automatically. You have to take into consideration that they might be busy too.

Always be polite when Asking to be Resu’d
Magparesu ng maayos, walang bastusan
As much as possible, buy body doubles for yourself. Do take note that it is not a Yu Ling’s responsibility to resu anyone. By bringing you back to life, they are merely doing you a favor. Don’t pick a fight if they won’t be able to resu you. Their time is precious too, just like yours. Learn to respect their decisions.
If a Yu Ling resurrects you have the decency to reimburse his/her tele expenses. If you don’t have any yuan, make an arrangement with joven007.

Refrain from Trash Talking
Huwag Magmura
Avoid too much trash talk. If you have issues against someone in the clan, don’t have an argument over the clan chat. Settle it thru PM. In clan chat, you are not the only one who can read your posts. You might offend someone with the words you’ll type.
In terms of trash talking other people outside the clan, always be careful of what you say because you are not just reflecting yourself, you are also representing the clan.
Lastly, remember that the mouth speaks evil words when the brain is empty.

Respect your Clan Mates
Irespeto lagi ang inyong mga kasamahan
We are a diverse group full of people with different personalities and perspectives. One must learn acceptance and respect, transcending the boundaries of gender, level and age.
For the men, there are a lot of girls in this clan. Be sensitive and avoid talking or doing anything that may be offensive to their sensibilities.

No Bragging
Wag maging maangas
May it be to your clan mates or to your fellow gamers, avoiding overly bragging because it denotes insecurity.

Obey Even the Simplest Rules
Sumunod kahit sa mga pinakasimpleng patakaran
Simply put, discipline starts from the smallest things. Always follow the rules such as no flood chatting. Don’t feel bad if somebody will reprimand you.


III. Other Matters

A. Clan Fund
May be in form of yuan donation, item sharing and herb collection. If possible, please donate 200k each week. The amount gathered shall be use for bidding as well as for TW expenses.
The following herbs are needed for pills (TW):

Tulip
Drunken Immortal Dew
Bezoar
Red-calyx plum
Tiger-ear grass
Fleece flower root
Rodworm


B. Item Sharing
Let’s help each other by lending our items which we don’t use anymore. Not everyone can afford to buy good armors and weapons.

C. Mold Hunt
Please donate the molds that you don’t need to the clan. These will be sold and the profit shall be added to the clan fund.

D. TW Matters
Catas and Towers are important. Make sure to guard them.
One mistake the clan made during past TWs is that some members focused too much on offense. Worst, some of these guys are suppose to be on the defense team.
The true strength of a clan lies on how well each member cooperates.
Always follow the command of the commanders. The Commanders will be assigned by Joven.
Know your role and where you’ll stay
Defense starts at the tower outside.
AireenMae will lead the offense team next week while joven007 will lead the defense team. Follow their commands.
Cooperation and Coordination is the key to win the war.

:D sorry for being absent due to the lack of money for playing PW..huhuhuh..naubos sa summer tuition fees koh..T_T

sorry sorry, an absent is an absent! haha! anyways, collect as much herbs as possible baka kakailanganin naten lahat yan

we jus discuss some matters about the clan stability and how we can re-arrange the clan structure. And we also discuss about the Salary and we come out the salary should not be impose right now cause we jus need some clan fund for the near future.
